Managerial Effectiveness

What makes a Manager effective in one company may not make him effective in some other. Effectiveness in our opinion is very subjective and depends on the company culture to a large extent. The Key question really is… what does the company expect from its Managers?? What would make the managers more effective than what they are??

We try to understand the values and culture of the company while designing this program. What does the company stand for? If a company stands for Innovation, is that being understood and imbibed by the managers across the company?

We cover 3 aspects here: Managing Self, Managing Task & Managing Relationships. This program is highly fluid.

We have special programs conducted in the past for 1st time managers that have worked very well. Programs that we have conducted for these managers who often don’t understand their roles stuck between their boss and the need to lead a team for the first time in their careers. It’s a tricky time and our programs have helped managers through this time.
