Work Better works with a Diverse Network of Trainers, Educators & Facilitators. Educators from around India—academics, coaches, facilitators, retired executives, Adventure Sports Specialists and others—provide the right expertise, industry experience, and cultural familiarity for each situation.

We are extremely selective about bringing Trainers/educators on board with Work Better. We wont offer a trainers services unless we're totally sure about their capabilities because any kind of training is very 'person' led.

• Trainers who conduct practical, real, fun trainings.
• Trainers who don’t put people off to sleep.
• Trainers who are not too full of themselves
• Trainers who don’t feel like they know it all.
• Trainers who never make the same presentation twice. Always improving on their content.
• Trainers who understand real business. Who have been involved with real business in their life time.
• Trainers who have a love for Business. Trainers whose mouth waters when they look at a business well done.
• Trainers who don’t put on a fake accent.
• Trainers that talk the language of the people.
• Trainers who avoid the word ‘management’ like a plague.
• Trainers who don’t faff.
• Trainers who avoid Jargon.
• Trainers who can help people really work better so they can go out and add value to their companies.
• Trainers that have a core area of specialization.

We are not looking for any one area of specialization right now. Given our growing enterprise, we constantly go through profiles of trainers to associate with. If we find your profile interesting, our team will get in touch with you.
